I have a 5455 and I am having problems using active sync.After installing active sync 3.7, it prompts me to hook up my 5455 to the computer and turn it on.Up pops up 'USB Device Not Recognized'.What am I doing wront.Thanks for your help.

what happens when you soft reset the handheld? Mine does that once in awhile and only a soft reset solves the issue.
