Hot sync Problems

Just got new computer and can't get Outlook to sync with the date book in t he IIIxe. Worked before with same OS and setup. Windows 2000 and Office XP. Is original install disk compatible with Office Xp and Win 2000? Thanks in advance for help.

I would gather they are not compatable. I went and picked up 4.1 from Palm.com to update and use on WIN2000.
