Hi,
First post. I'd like to substantially increase the voice memo capability of my TT. is there a card or something that I can purchase to hold voice memos. Otherwise I need to buy yet another piece of equipment, digital recorder kind of thing. I'm hoping I can somehow do that with what I've got.

Buy SD or MMC card for your unlimited memory
ANY SD or MMC card will do!
Just avoid SAN disk brands
Panasonic-toshiba cards are better!

Don't forget to go into the option settings in the Voice Memo application.
You need to go to
Options-->Preferences--> and tick the box next to where it says to Record automatically to an expansion card, if present.
One thing to remember though, is that voice memos stored on memory cards are not synchronized with Palm Desktop. I have not found a way around this problem yet.

If you have a Bluetooth enabled computer you can at least send the file to your computer that way.

If you have a card reader, you can transfer the voice memo to your computer. In the "Audio" folder of the card is where the voice memo resides. With my Mac, I just drag-and-drop the file onto my desktop, double-click it and iTunes will incorporate it into my Library. Then I rename it, and transfer it to my iPod. (Most of my voice memos are phone messages from my mom, so I keep them on the computer/iPod for posterity.)
Happy transferring.
