I have not yet been able to get my MS Export to work on my notebook (does not see the Lexar 128 MB memory card and yes I know it is working, loaded the solitaire game on it and it works great) and when I try launching the MS Import on my handheld I get a picture of the handheld with a series of dots going to a computer but above this a message comes on saying "Check connection with host.". I know that my cable is fine and the connection is solid because the HotSync works like a champ. I have dumped the MS Export on my notebook and tried reloading it without any success. I see no means of deleting the MS Import on the Clie T615C handheld. Help please.

I think that the problem may be your laptop bios is not set for "auto detect new hardware". This allows new drives, etc. to be detected when plugged in or installed. Enter your system's bios and enable auto detect new hardware.
Hope this helps ;)

On my computers MS export works fine. However on the one that runs WIN 98 SE, after I disconnect MS Import (or Hotsync), the PC freezes up or switches itself off. (Not so with WIN XP). Do you, or does anyone recognize this? And is there a patch?
Thanks

I want to thank those of you that tried helping me out on this problem. I removed the MS memory card driver from my notebook and reloaded it from the install CD and bam, I now have MS Import working. Thanks again to all that heilped.
