I have a BlackBerry with emails on it that I would like to save or print. I would think that it would be a common thing to do but I cannot find anywhere in the user's info how to transfer the email messages to the PC. I can connect to the PC and transfer contacts, memos and tasks to Outlook but not messages. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Send it from the handheld to yourself (assuming you have your own email address saved in the BB address book).
Then print it out or save it from Outlook.

Thanks for the advice but that seems to be an awkward way to save a large number of emails. With the BlackBerry software that allows me to directly transfer addresses, memos and tasks directly from the handheld to the PC, there surely must be some way to transfer messages directly through the cable from the handheld to the PC.

I have the same problem..I'd like to print several emails only saved on my blackberry. Like you I was sure there would be an easier way to print from a blackberry rather than sending them to myself.
Did you every get any advice on a better way to print out those emails?

There is a company called Onsett, They have software called metamessage where you send the email to a fax machine. However they are expensive and you have to be on a BES for it to work.
