Hello,
I'm presently looking for a wi-fi 802.11b card that I can use with my Casio Cassiopeia e-100. I have several requirements:
1. it works with ce 2.11
2. it works with ce 3.0 (ppc 2002) for future upgrade
3. it works with a laptop running any MS OS (95,98,NT,2K,XP)
4. it can perform active-sync via the 802.11b
5. it can work with Network Stumbler
I currently have two prospects:
1. Symbol Wireless Networker
2. Socket low power mini-pc card
Problems I have encountered so far:
Symbol card only supports CE 2.11 with *BETA* driver.
Can anyone help tell me if you have experience with this?
Also does it support Active - Sync (secondary issue)
Socket card will not work with a PC. (the only stumbling block I have found - not a show stopper)
Does anyone have experience with Network Stumbler with either of these two cards?
www.netstumbler.com (http://www.netstumbler.com)
By the way, if you haven't you should check out network stumbler if you are into 802.11b - its a cool program.
