Psiwin2.3.3 sychroniser not working

Help - just installed 2.3.3 on my PC and the synchroniser comes up with {not available} when launched. If I delete this and press New, the wizard comes up and I choose Outlook and enter, then it comes with {not available} again.
I've checked the connectivity and made sure the Psion is on.
Any help gratefully received.

have you installed the synchronisation plugin from the Psiwin CD? If so, then you might need the Synchronisation Update and Email Sync Update 1.1 from Psion's website - www.psion.com/myPsion
