Hello. I am trying to help a friend who's having trouble with his palm tungsten 2 unit sync'ing with his home computer. Whenever he places his TT2 on the cradle and presses the HotSync button, it restarts the unit and goes to the set date/time screen instead of doing the HotSync process. I tried uninstalling the palm software and reinstalling it to no avail. I tried searching google to read up on what maybe causing this malfunction but didn't find anything that helped. Also, I believe he told me he has the same problem trying to HotSync his TT2 with his work computer. Does anyone have a solution for this anomoly or input that may help? I appreciate it.
