Yes it is!

Create a directory on either the internal or A: or B: called WVE and place your Series 3 sound files there. When you add an alarm in the Time application the Sound field should include your new sounds!

Do you think I can use REVO sound files (that I copied from Wavs but no longer have them as wavs) that also work on an S5mx?

The format for the 3 series files are different for the 5mx, however you should be able to convert them using PsiWin. Wav files that work on the PC can be converted to both the 5mx and 3.

Thanks for that. Actually, overnight I found them all again on the web ( 3lib.ukonline.co.uk/pocketinfo ) and they had versions for S3 there - yippee - saves me converting them.
