New unit RMA

Hey everyone,
I just got off the phone with Garmin support, and they said that they are replacing my Q with a brand new one. I sent mine in for antenna problems and a dead pixel. Anyone who got a new one from RMA, how is it? Does it have R2? Did you do anything other than hotsync it with your old username? Anything else you would like to add?

PS they said they are sending it tomorrow and it will get here monday...how do they ship it? is that estimate correct? am i asking too many questions? i cant wait...im sorry

PPS one more question--with the new unit, is it the whole box and everything or just the unit? and would you reccommend using all the new stuff or the old cradle? (ok 2 questions)

Shipping has to be negotiated when you get the RMA. If you push you can usually get FedEx next day. The default is Airborne which is slower.

When Garmin replaced my iQue they sent the complete box. When you get a replacement it has a new serial number and a new Mapsorce disk and the all important yellow piece of paper for unlocking mapsorce.
