Im a medical student and I have just ordered the NZ 90. Im pretty excited about it. I would like to ask some questions so I would know if the NZ90 will fit my needs. I would like to take it with me to class and take some pictures of things I see in the microscope. Is it possible to edit the pictures on the pda so you can write stuff on them? Also whats the biggest memory stick it can take? I heard it can only handle 128MB when there is a 512 or bigger stick out in the market. Can it take a generic Memory stick? Also I understand it has bluetooth capabilites yet I was told that I would not be able to connect to the internet via bluetooth router. Is this true? Is it possible for the pda to take a PCMCIA WIFI card or any other generic cards other then Sony's WIFI PEGA-WL100 and PEGA-WL110? Is it possible to use the Cam as a webcam?
Thank you,
Shawn

Excellent choice in a pda (I too have the NZ90). She will do everything you need and you will find a few more uses for it as well.
1. Pictures. You can find several picture editors for the clie on palmgear or handango. They are getting good enough now its almost like having photoshop in the palm of your hand. They will fill your needs no worries.
2. Memory. There is a software update for the NZ to handle the new memory stick pro cards. Currently you can get a 1 gig pro stick. Kind of pricey but if you need the space it has it. As well you now use compact flash cards with a 3rd party driver. I use the Athena driver and have 2 256meg Verbatim cf cards. Work great for movies, mp3's and pictures. With the purchase of an inexpensive card reader it's a great way to move pics from the cf to your pc.
3. Bluetooth. This is an option I use daily. I have a bluetooth dongle I connect to with my laptop at work. I can surf the net, hotsync etc. all without ever having to put it in the cradle. The setup can be a little bit tedious but there are alot of threads dealing with this very subject. As far as connections go you should be able to connect with almost anything bluetooth. I connect to both my cell phone and a dongle without any problems what so ever.
4. Wifi cards. As far as I know you are stuck with sony's card. However I have never tried anything else in it. If anyone can shed some light on this please do.
5. Webcam. I haven't really researched this option with the clie. I would do a search over at cliesource or pda24-7. You might find the answer there.
Hope this helps.
