Unfortunatly the Revo did not come with its own pc software to synchronize with, and we are all forced to use Outlook. This works fine the first time you sync your agenda with Outlook. However if you use your Revo as your primary scheduling tool like I do, whenever you reschedule an appointment on the Revo you will find that once you go home and sync with Outlook you will get both entries on both machines once the sync is complete. From what I can figure out, the Revo uploads the new rescheduled appointment to Outlook and Outlook downloads the old original appointment creating to identical appointments for two different dates! My last pda a modest sharp zq520 had its own pc software ie. emulator which understood this and had a "merge records overwriting those on the pc" feature which always insured that the pda info had priority over any differences on the pc. Can any one help?
