I just received a TT3 for Christmas. I was wondering if anybody could help me? I'm also new at owning a Palm! I just loaded a reader on to my TT3. I got this Fatal Alert (Fatal Exception) thing that poped up. What did I do? It won't go away! How do I fix it? All your help would be great.:(

Hi, welcome to Palm world.

Have you tried a "soft reset" ? This would normally solve the problem.

(in case you're not sure, a soft reset is done by pressing the reset button at the back of the PDA, using the stylus tip)

There are in fact a number of different readers. In general they use differnet formats on the files they read.
There is an excellent article at infosync that I am giving you the link to. After reading about the Palm Reader you may want to search the inforsync site for and older two part article on readers that you will find most informative.

A good source of free e-reading material is at memoware (http://www.memoware.com)

If you click on "Help" on their main page it has some useful tutorials.
