All,
As you know if you are using iQue to calculate the route, and you can save it for later use. Where saved routed is stored on your PC after sync? what I want is backup saved routes to PC, so I can use it later when needed... Also if I calculate the route in MapSource, how can I transfer it to iQue?
Thanks and happy holiday !!

As far as I know it isn't possible to transfer saved routes from iQue to MapSource, and they're not backed up either. Also routes created with MapSource can't be uploaded to iQue. The latter is especially painful since 200 mi route calculation can take as much as 5 minutes, and then umpteen minutes more if you're not satisfied with results and want to insert several via points to choose roads other than those selected by the autorouter.

Another member of this forum (Oceanview) created Waypoints to iQue, which you can find here. (http://www.pdastreet.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=27029&highlight=Waypoints+To+iQue)
I travel to a large number of unfamiliar locations, so I use Mapsource to mark waypoints, then transfer using this little gem...well, I've used it once and it works!!

Waypoints can be transferred from Mapsource to the iQue using Garmin's own utility for that. But routes can't be transferred in any direction.
Tracks can only be transferred from the iQue to the PC, with Garmin's software.

Here is where FUGAWI works well, transferring routes to and from Que. Doing quite well.
