I just discovered that the cradle that came with the H5555 has flip-out legs. Kinda cool. They make writing on the screen a little easier when the computer is in the cradle. The cradle for my H3670 does not have these.
Chuck :)
OK I feel *good*
since I noticed the flip-up legs on the cradle when I was juggling everything setting up on portable, then on desktop. And by "juggling," I MEAN juggling, without actually DROPPING anything (really!)!
It would probably help with my biggest gripe 48 hours into it: hard to swipe a finger when the 5555 is in cradle.
but then it looks ugly :)
I had to swipe finger a few times when trying to set up, delete some files/check some open programs.
Otherwise, a long time ago when on Palm OS, I trained myself not to write on pda when in cradle. I let it sync. And I will skip syncing to portable/away from desk, now that I have it set up at work.

LOL :D kila, sounds like you have discovered a hidden tallent. You might be able to make a few bucks with that. :D

OK I conveniently forgot to mention that I learned to juggle the 55XX on the same day I finally noticed the little spring-loaded things for charging a naked iPaq.
I'd been popping out the stylus and leaning it on the CPU to keep the 38XX from wobbling in the cradle. I took it out of the sleeve a few of weeks ago when I changed cases, so it has been awhile...duhhhh
And I know *just about everyone else* knows this, so humor me: there is a little squarish release toward the center back of the cradle, which releases the spring-loaded-things, smaller half-moon adapters on the inside of the charger guides.
Press the release, the s-l-ts pop up.
To charge an iPaq in the hard sleeve, just push the s-l-ts down so it fits.
Feel free to jump in and tell everyone how to do this properly if I didn't get that right. I gave up the 38XX and his new Mommy is reading this forum too, so I have to behave now.:D
And Chuck, I think I have to learn how to juggle with something cheaper to drop!

Yeah - things like that throw you - there's a picture of the legs down on the setup instructions that come with it. Not really mentioned in the documentation other than the picture. Added on for making it easier
When inserting an iPAQ with an expansion sleeve installed - the movable guides should automatically lock down. You shouldn't have to push them down first.
Now for the juggling part - I'll stick to the Klutz series, where I can do the least amount of damage.
