can not find conduit (on pc) to programs I installed

new to PDA. I installed pocketmoney and PDA money to my pda and I cant find the conduit to HotSync my info (Microsoft money) from my computer. I know both programs are compatible to my Zire 21. But when I go to HotSync then CUSTOM...neither conduits exist. They are on my PDA. I tried reinstalling my desktop software (for the HotSync).

I DO GET A MESSAGE ON MY LOG THAT "Setup could not be updated because PC doesnt have a host name or IP address when I HotSync from my PC when adding the desktop software. Could this be the problem? I'm thinking its not because my address info and everything else transfers from my PDA to desktop. I looked and my host name seems to be in the PDA.

Help! I AM ABOUT TO TAKE MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT BACK! ITS NOT MUCH USE TO ME IF I CANT PUT MY CHECKBOOK ON IT.

no. As a matter of fact. I tried to get support from Handmark and never got a response. While trying to find the answer, I found Ultrasoft Money Pocket Edition and LOVE IT. I emailed Handmark requesting my money back and believe it or not, they refunded me.

But, I can tell you, If you downloaded the free software that you got with your Zire....it does not have a condoit. You have to purchase the program to get it.

Good luck and maybe try the Ultrasoft Money. I found the trial of it in Microsoft Money's web site. Even the trial has the conduit. You can purchase it for something like $34.
