As a newbie to the iue, I am totally inpressed. even my wife thinks it's cool. we used it to quide us around California overthe holiday and it took us literally to the doorstep of the places we were interested in. We put about 700 miles on the trip and I thought it was a great help.
Anyone who is concerned about getting an iQue, don't be. I've yet to have any of the problems I've read about.
Regarding Mapsource. I can't seem to access it in any way except by starting Map Install. Is there a separate viewer and router from the Desktop? The documentation seems to imply that there is as well as some of the threads I've read here, but I don't see it anywhere. I have a Mapsource applications catagory under the Start menu, but it only talks about the unlock wirads and the Mapsource install icon. I tried that but it just went through the original installation routine.
Also the Garmin iQue book talks about a Crd Info Icon, but I don't see that anywhere either.
Any help out there?
