Cassiopeia E-125 and Samsung SCH-N370 cellphone...

My Samsung SCH-N370 Cell phone is a "high-speed" (1X) Digital Modem. Casio sells a cable that attaches Samsung cellphones to the Cassiopeia. Would this cable allow me (with service provider) to use it as a modem (Surf the Internet Wirelessly)? Or does this just allow me to dial out and fax stuff? I want to know before I purchase the cable ($30US). What else would I need? What are my other options?
