I have just purchased the 2210 in Australia and have now loaded Outlook 2003 onto the desktop computer, up from Outlook 2000.

My problem is this: In Outlook all my contacts have their emails, but when i try to send an email i cannot find their addresses.
The address book is empty.

Any idea's?

The desktop one is empty.

I find that when i type in an email adress it will sometimes auto complete for me, even though there is no email adresses in the adresses book.

Are you saying that you have keyed in email addresses into your iPAQ and can view it on iPAQ, but it does not show up in Outlook 2k3 on desktop, but nonetheless, when you type someone's email address in the to field, it autocompletes for you despite you don't see any email entries in Outlook 2k3?

Did I sum it up correctly?

Perhaps if this is the case, check your view settings on Outlook 2k3 (desktop).

This is sort of a half-guess, but here we go:

If you find your contacts when you click the 'Contacts' icon in your personal folder, but not when you click the address book icon in the toolbar on top of the screen, then the following can fix it.

- Right-click 'Contacts' icon in your personal folder-list to the left on the Outlook screen. Choose 'Properties'.

- Click the tab 'Outlook address book'. Check the box 'Show this folder as an e-mail address book'.

- Fixed (hopefully).

I am using Swedish Outlook, so I am uncertain about the exact words in the program. This operation fixed a similar problem for me.
