Hang while Finding a Location?

I have had my iQue for 3 days now with only 1 soft reset (I think I am ahead of the game), but otherwise things seemed to be working fine.

However, just now when I tried to set a location for an address book entry (which I've done successfully several times), it just hangs. The address entry already has an address contained within it. And after I choose 'Location' and then 'Find,' it hangs. I can successfully set that same address as a waypoint if I start from the 'Find->Address' method.

I have to do a soft reset to recover.

I have the latest update & patch loaded and I have the detailed map for the area in question loaded.

Any ideas?

Try reinstalling your detailed map, it's probably corrupted.

Check the Custom 4 field for the entry in the address book. If there is anything extensively long in that field for the address in question - move it to another field and then retry.

Que uses the 4th custom field to store waypoint information and I've seen this field corrupt the "lookup" when text string is long.
