Is it possible to put the palm os 5.2.1 on an Ipaq h1940?

If so, can someone please email me the software and how to do it?

you cannot get palm OS 5 on a pocket pc. If you want palm os, sell your pocket pc and buy a palm. The cheapest palm os 5 device is the Tungsten | E. It is possible though to emulate the oiginal palm os on the pocket pc using a program called copilot, though I hear it is not very effective.

The real question is why bother? To me it's kind of like trying to emulate OSX on WinXP, yes it's cool but what's the point.

People get all hyped up and buy a PocketPC. But in the end, with 20000 apps for Palm OS, it is the Palm OS everyone likes.
