PC e740 question

I've just activated my new PC e740.
Whenever I turn it on the time always jumps 3 hours ahead of what the actual time is.
I reset and save and still it jumps exactly 3 hours.
Can anyone tell me what gives here and what I need to do to fix this!!!!???

Have you checked the right time zone in your settings folder?
