Cannot remove category from list

Hi,

Even if I manually removed a category in my contact, the category is still shown but with the note: Not in category list.

Any clue to permenantly remove it

I'm having this problem too, and it's very frustrating. I had this problem before, but a hard reset cured it. The only problem was that I had to manually re-load all my bought applications, and it was a royal pain!

I've managed to solve the problem.
Install Phatware db. (Free 30 day trial)
Manually remove the text under categories.
Problem solved.
