Hotsync trouble

Hi...

I have a M125 with a USB cradle and for the last few days, I have not been able to perform a Hotsynch. The Palm issues an error message stating that it cannot establish the communication.

The trouble started after I installed QuickCad (Autodesk package - not Palm related)software. In the course of the installation, the software informed me that it was installing a newer version of Internet Explorer and since then, I have not been able to perform a HotSync.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. the first thing i would do is check with the palm site http://palm.com/support/hotsync.html for hotsync problems if none of there solutions work I would start deleating any third party aps. you instaled shortly before you started having this problem untill you can hotsync again
