Hello to all,

I'm going to buy an ipaq 3850 from e-bay.
Can you tell me a way to test its efficience.
I there a software to test the pda function and assure that it is in good condition?

Not sure about the 3850 but the 3950 has quite an elaborat self test feature that is built in.

You really can't screw anything up that a hard reset won't fix. You should check for physical problems(like burnt out pixels, or scratches), then do a hard reset befor syncing with your computer.

If you are buying from e-bay then you really take a chance of not getting an honest responce ( Unless you can see the device in person) on the condition. Pocket pc 2002 has a great "self Test"

go Start>Settings>tab System>Self-Test.
