useing win98xx software on a win ce HH

Is it possible to use my win9xx software on my iPAQ 5400 useing win ce 2003, maybe a emulator or converter?????????:)

Unfortunately no, the programs need to be compiled specifically for it's OS and cpu type. Emulator exists only for older DOS programs.
