Sync to .pst file?

Is it possible to sync Contacts to an Outlook .pst file? Specifically, I would like to sync Calendar and Tasks to my Exchange server in Outlook (which is obvious and easy) and Contacts to a .pst file (which is not obvious but may be easy, I don't know).

Has anyone tried this?

Palm Vx with Palm 4.1 software, Outlook 2000.
