T615 Won't respond

Help, I am new to this, I have a T615. I have been using it for about a month. No problems. I am at work and was going to play a game, bejeweled. I turned it on and the security screen came on, like always. I went to tap on the 1 in the corner, nothing. I tried the letter in the corner. nothing. what happened. Do I need to warm boot? If so, how do it do that. My instructions are at home.

on the back is a little hole with "reset" on the left side! just stick a needle or similar thin thing in!

oh forgot! you can take off the top of your stylus just wind it counter-clockwise and you have the reset switch in your hands

Thanks Mike. I tried that. It reset but didn't fix my problem. the number and letter icon still don't respond. help
