I am looking for a pin-out for my NEC MobilePro 750C Serial Cable to build one since I can't order from NEC (Out of Stock). Does anyone know where can I get it?

From what I understand, the Nec 750C, 770, 780, 800, etc all use the same serial sync cable.
I noticed that there are a few up for auction on EBay, but as to answer your question: go to http://www.neccomp.com and go to their support area. If you click on the Nec 770, there is a pin-out listing and a diagram for the cable---db9 connector that you need.
