Yes, though the prices are pretty much par for the course, it would seem. I used my WiFi laptop in Starbucks the other week and that was £5.50 for an hour - my husband felt that it should have included the coffee!

Putting aside the issue of speed, I find it's much more economical to use my cellphone's GPRS connection when I'm out and about, so I doubt I would become a regular subscriber at this point in time, cool though the facility is.

I failed to get the netBook working WiFi on a previous attempt when away from home, but anyhow I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of a WiFi router some time this week, so hoping to make some progress at home at least. :)

Yes, I finally got around to ordering it, and even then, I managed to misquote the expiry date on my debit card, which didn't exactly expedite matters! :rolleyes: (There you go - I'll do it for you)
