help: contacts gone

for some reason, i can't seem to access my contact list. it's still in my outlook. when i press the contact button on the bottom of the ipac, nothing happens. help.

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, but have you tried soft reset the ipaq? Did you assign the contact button for other application? Can you still open contacts through shortcut?

on your desktop pc your contacts need to be in the designated outlook contact folder and not in a self made folder, e.g. "my contacts".
otherwise it won´t work.

Dumb suggestion but, the Ipaq permits one to reasign a button. The asignments range from starting any program to doing nothing. Perhaps that button is programed off???
