Convert Office-Files to PocketPC-Files on the PDA

I'm looking for a tool (PocketPC) that converts Office-Files (DOC, XLS, PPT, PDF) that were downloaded to the PDA via IR, E-Mail or W-LAN directly to files that can be used by Pocket-Word, Pocket-Excel, etc.

If you need to use spreadsheets and words files in pocket excel and pocket word, you will need to have the pocketpc connect to the desktop via Activesync and activesync will convert the files for you when you sync or transfer these files.
