When we first got the RIM 950, I set it up for myself for testing purposes. I had it setup via Exchange 5.5's BlackBerry section. When finished, I removed myself from the server and then set another user up with the device.

I've sent messages to the other person and they end up going to the handheld, but whenever he replies to any messages using the handheld, I receive a "network@flycatcher" e-mail. I'm guessing it thinks that I still have the pager.

I looked at my Exchange configuration and the PIN still shows up under my mailbox (as well as the new user's). I'm thinking that's why it's doing this. Any clues on how to remove that PIN from my mailbox?

I'm about ready to backup, delete, & restore my mailbox, but I have GIGs of e-mails. This would be the last resort and I'm not even sure it would work. HELP!

The FlyCatcher message means that it is using the "desktop redirector" instead of the BES. You need to cradle the Blackberry with a computer that has Exchage Admin on it and open the users mailbox that you want to assign the blackberry to. Then, click on the "blackberry" tab. it will ask you if you want to assign it to the selected user. Answer yes, and you are on your way. You will have to generate a new encryption key. Other than that, you should be fine.

Good luck.

Thank you. The pager in question remains about 1200 miles away from my location, so I was hoping to not need to do that. I ended up getting the user to send it to me last night and did what you said. Everything is working now and it's on the way back to him. Thanks again.
