I just bought a new ique and I can not hear voice guidance!

I just bought a new iQue and I can not hear voice guidance! I can record sound and see the directions but i am not hearing voice quidance!!

plz help! :(

Use the setup CD and install the voices.
If you already did, something has gone wrong. Do it again.

Also check that you haven't turned them off in GPS - Preferences - Guidance.

Thinking about it, there is a separate volume control for guidance as well.
