Hotsync problems

Hi!

I would like to receive some help on the following Hotsync problem:
I can connect my notebook to my office network through the main domain or as a local user on Windows 2000.
When I installed the Palm Desktop software and other program conduits I made it as a local user. Now I have to connect to the network through the domain, so I can reach some resources.
I installed the palm desktop again, chapura and when I reach the hotsync preferences, I only have the palm conduits.
How can I get all my conduits to appear when I change the windows network user?

Have you reinstalled the Pocket Mirror software to set the conduits? I am sure you have tried this.
Your issue is really out of my realm of experience; I am sure the Chapura Tech support folks can help.

Thanks for your answer.
As you think, I had to re-install the chapura pocket mirror so I could sync the Outlook notes, addresses, etc.
The problem is with the other conduits.
Do you know were the installation programs leave the conduits. Are they installed in the user folders? If yes, which?
If I don't have any positive suggestions, I think I'm going to re-install each of the programs and try.
