I am using Palm m515 and Ericsson R520m. I have been using GSM dial up to check my emails. The R520m is also a GPRS enabled phone, so I would like to know how do I go about utilising this feature. Even though GPRS is "always ON", whenever I tried to check my emails it still went through the dialing-up sequence.

Go to prefs, connection and tap new. Name your connection for example GPRS. Then tap "CONNECT TO" and select "PC". Tap "VIA" and select "INFRARED". Tap "DETAILS", select "SPEED" 57,600 and "FLOW CTL" Automatic, tap "OK". Then go to "Network". Name "SERVICE" as you like, then enter your user name and password (the same as your dial up anme and password). Select connection GPRS we made before. Tap details. Select "CONNECTION TYPE"- PPP , "IDLE TIMEOUT" - NEVER, "QUERY DNS" UNCHECK AND TYPE YOU PRIMARY DNS(it is the same as your WAP dns or yours internet account provider DNS) SECONDARy LEAVE EMPTY, IP ADDRESS CHECK AUTOMATIC. THEN TYPE SCRIPT AND ENTER THIS:
FIRST YOU TAP END AND SELECT "SEND" and type ATZ, tap end - select SEND CR, tap end - select SEND and type AT+CGDCONT=,"IP","password" (YOUR PASWORD the same as your dial up PASSWORD) then tap endc - select SEND CR, tap end - select SEND and type ATD*99#, tap end and select SEND CR, tap OK again OK and you can try your connection. If it doesnt work change the string ATD*99# in script with ATD*98#. HOPE THIS WORKS!
Sorry for my bad english :)

I also have m515, but with SE t68i. When I installed the Palm Desktop Software, it'd asked me to choose a GSM phone; however, mine was not listed. I went into SE site, and I don't know where to find the info on my phone's driver nor how to configure it back into my Palm.

Can anyone please help?

You will find the drivers for your SE 68i on this site PALM GSM DRIVERS (http://www.palm.com/europe/mobile/drivers.html)
I hope that this will work.:)
