syncing with Notes r5

I'm trying to sync an IPAQ 3835 with Lotus Notes v5 calendar using Intellisync v4. I'm getting an error message that says:

Unable to complete syncronization. %2c

It does sync a few records before this happens.

Any ideas? Bad record?
