I lose data on ique 3600

i was lose all memory on my ique 3600 pad and i got black screen with out nothing i hope some one now how i add the data memory again in my ique 3600

It was difficult to understand what you were asking....but it sounds like you lost your data to power outage...i.e. the battery either died or lost connection to the system. If you get your unit working again by recharging, then you will need to start using a program such as Backup Buddy to save all your data to an SD card (get one if you don't already have one). That way you'll be protected if this ever happens again. If your unit won't recharge, it's time to RMA it back to Garmin. As far as your lost data....you should be able to get most of it back by syncing to your computer onced the unit is charged.

After you erecharge your iQue, if that's the problem, perform a hot sync, your iQue should restore to its condition as of the last hotsync.
The other post about using a backup software that saves a backup to the SD card is great advice. I use BackMan, but there are others.

I and many others have experienced a Hard Reset of the iQue, sometimes caused by static electricity. Maybe that's what happened to you. The most recent software patch from Garmin.com may help with the resets.

but i want to told some thing about me IQUE 3600 i thing i delet me momery on it and i dont have sd card and i thing the hard ware is working cuz i buy it before 3 weeks ago but that was my wrong cuz i delet the date momery on it and i try now to load down the momery again but i can't

should i have sd card to load it again

A card isn't necessary. To reload the data should be possible with the Hotsync procedure. Do a hard reset yourself, and try again.
