bottom buttons of a T3

Does anyone have this problem. when ever i have the T3 closed. have not noticed it happen when its extended. when you scroll up or down with the buttons this happens,

either it enters the application like hitting the center button or it changes the screen from normal to landscape. gets eratated when you like searching a name in contacts. think i should send it in for repair?

If pressing the up/down button sometimes open apps as if you were pressing the centre button, it certainly sounds like you need to send it back. It sound like the button on top are sometimes activating the wrong functions underneath.
To make sure it is a hardware fault not software, have you done a soft reset or even a hard reset?

Do a hard reset, and try it again.

If it doesn't wqork, take it in to where you bought it from, or call Palm Tech Support.

thanks guys looks like the service guys are going to replace the unit for me. i just hope it aint another re-furbished one though.
