I want to Upgrade from a M130

I currently have a M130 and would like to upgrade to a larger color screen , not resolution but physical size, Palm Pilot. I need to stay with my current SD expansion card capabilites and would like to have more internal storage, from my current 8mb to 16mb. Would the M505 or M515 give me a larger screen and increased internal storage? I have searched the Internet, somewhat, and have not found a site that will give me the physical screen size ( not resoulution) of a Palm Pilot. Can anyone offer some advise???

The screen on the 505 is bigger then the m130,but I don't know by how much.

The storage is 8meg. on the 505, so you wouldn't gain anything there. Use the cards. You can get them in any size.

Screen size for m130 is similar to m100, and screen size for m5xx is similar to V:

I like the larger screen size too, that's why I have a Visor Prism.

The m515 comes with 16MB RAM, compared to 8MB in an m130. m505 only has 8MB.
