How do you use your smartphone

Hi,

Can you help a fellow mobile device owner! I’m in the last year of my degree and as a supplement to my major study I need to find out about how PDA and smartphone (In my project I refer to smartphones as phones with PDA qualities rathers than, PDA's with an inbuilt phone eg XDA ec ) owners use their devices.

Its a shame I didnt get more female responses! Do you think that this is because the 'gadgety' nature of smartphones and PDA's tend to be more favoured by males? Maybe its down to where I recruited responses from? Do many of your female friends own handheld computers? What do you think?

Only about 5% of resposes so far have been from femles, any insight into this would be interesting to mention in my analysis.
