File Explorer

Problem : File explorer is jammed on 'my device' with nothing else listed. Tried soft-reset, doesn't solve. I DON'T want to hard-reset.

How can I fix this?

I don't understand your description that file explorer is jammed. Can you give an exact visual of the problem that a soft reset was unable to fix.

It's ok, I did a hard-reset as I couldn't fix it...

It was just jammed, wouldn't let me do anything. Evertime I clicked on anything it just didn't respond.
