Considering that Windows Pocket PC 2002 is not optimized for XScale, meaning:
1) It is operating only marginally faster than older iPaq with 200 MHz processor.
2) It is causing XScale to run in compactability mode (basic Arm instruction set).
3) The graphics processor not fully optimized.
Does anyone know if we are forever stuck with Windows Pocket PC 2002 or it may be upgradable?
