Jornada 690 & Presenter-to-go

I just ordered Presenter to go from Margi and can't get it to work with my jornada 690. Tech support's answer was for me to send them my Jornada so they could figure it out. Seems that only some of the files are being transfered from the desktop to the handheld. Anyone experience this problem with the 690? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
