Series 5MX synching with office xp

I am having major problems with the above. Originaly I had me e-mial synchronised without a problem but suddenly it has stopped. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if I have not got all the software installed properly. Installed s/w on the 5MX is as follows.

E-mail sync(upgrade) 1.15
E-mail sync 1.15

The e-mail sync will occasionally go pear shaped for no apparent reason. Just delete the current e-maul sync taks in PsiWin and set up a new one. That will generally fix the problem. It aslo helps to do a soft reset before tyring to sync after setting up the new sync task.

I am still getting nowhere fast. It is frustrating when it was all working before. I intend to remove everything from my PC and re-set the Psion and start from scratch. Question before I start are as follows.
1) should I install PsiWin 2.3 & then 2.33 or just install 2.33 directly.

2)Do I need to install the e-mail s/w from the original 2.3 cd and then the update 1.15

This is driving me nuts however I find the 5mx a great machine, except for e-mail. My old Revo was a lot easier.

Please have a read of the thread from RBB who was having the same problems you were. I outlined some steps to take that fixed his problem and, rather than typing it all out again, try what I suggested there and let me know if you still have problems.
