I have received an Olivetti daVinci DV1 at minimal cost in lovely condition and fully working, or so I think.
I have set everything up correctly. I have installed the software correctly.
The damn thing won't sync!
I have tried all the usual suspects to no avail. The PC/software gives no indication of any problem and the PDA displays 'synchronization error' within a double-lined box.
What is the problem? What can I do to rectify the problem.
I would appreciate ANY help even to the point of telling me how to carry out the software loading and sychronisation. Yes, I have read the manual.
