Russian maps wasn't a hit. Maybe the bait was too big. So now we offer a tiny country. Free digital maps of Andorra (http://www.iea.ad/cbd/MCSA/Html/topo.htm)
The text is in Catalan, which seems to be pretty close to Esperanto, so no problem there.
You open this with a freeware map reader from Barcelona:
map reader (http://www.creaf.uab.es/miramon/mmr/)
The technical details are in castellano, aka spanish. The rest is in english.
The maps open easily. Now my question to Holgado é compaņeros: How could you import these into the iQue?
They are actually vector maps. But the vectors are merely overlays. So it seems that it should be possible to make images of the maps and use them in Fugawi. But there should be a better way than just making screen dumps.
I might pass Andorra for Easter. It would be fun to test the iQue in that topography. Altitude lines are at 25 meters separation. It is hilly indeed.
