Bad upgrade

Hi everyone
This is my first posting i hope someone can help.
I have a compaq ipaq H3600 series, the problem i have is that i have upgraded the os to the new pocket pc 2002 update but i am having alot of problems so i need to revert back to the original operating system that runs with activesync 3.1 does anybody know if this can be done.
I have tried resetting the switch at the bottom of the unit and also tryed resetting the compaq but with no luck.
I really need help.
Anything would be appreciated.

There is usually a hard reset that you can do. I'd email the maker and ask them how this is done. I'd include any other items like how to go back to the old system.

The two units I have you turn the unit on - press the reset with the power switch, but I have no idea what your combination might be.
