HELP!!screen won't work after hotsync

I've never had any problem with my m125 till now the battery died around xmas and i restored everything but suddenly after a hotsync it wont work properly it ask me to reset then i can't use the the screen to reset it like the screen is off center or sumthin'. anything on the face that is part of the touch screen just wont work if i touch on the home icon i get nuthin only thing that works are the hard buttons and the contrast icon but it only works if i tap far to the right and i cant get anything to open to adjust the digitizer. If i reset and clear everything works fine but i have 2yrs of work of contacts in it and i dont really wanna start fresh anyone have any ideas how to fix it. I also cleared out any aftermarket programs also. :( :confused:

Hey I hade the same probelm with my Palm M100 it just like the screen lost all sentivety or something it happened like 6 months after I hade it I was going to sell it for parts or something but first I got it checked out by some junking electronic store in town and they says I broke it I didn;t brake it and it was never broke so I think they broke it when they took it apart which really really sucks becasue I probely would of got like 20 bucks for it which of could of went towards and new 256 MB memory card which i'm going to get but anyways never send a palm pilot to a Electronic shop unless it got good insurance and there policy tell ya if they break it they will replace it and just won't say "YOU BROKE IT"
anyways I just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone with the screen well anyways
