I am having a hard time finding videos for my nr70v. I really enjoy downloading trailers but the sony site just doesnt provide much of a fix...Does anyone have any good sites to download trailers or maybe episodes of some shows.

Also sony says they are able to play quicktime video aplications. They even provide a quicktime movie veiwer but they do not tell you how to put the quicktime movies on. is it actually possible? If so how is it done.

Thanks

I did a little research and found out that Picture gear only supports Movies under the following formats

File Extension File Format(s)
.MPG, .MPEG MPEG1
.MPG, .MPEG MPEG2
.AVI AVI
.MOV, .QT QuickTime3.0 and QuickTime 4.0
.PDB CLIE movie

How do I convert MPA quicktimes to one of the above? I am about ready to just video tape my computer screen as I play the videos to get them on!!!! Please help.

Completely forget everything you EVER knew about videos on the clie. Kinoma is by far the BEST way to view videos on it. Go to Kinoma.com to check out the program, and then go to Clieflix.com to get some content. Then use Kinoma Producer to start making your own.

Just as an example, I have Star Wars: Episode II, the entire movie, on two 128 MB Memory Sticks. And it looks and sounds fantastic.

Any other good sites that have movies, I didn't see any at clieflix.com, but thanks very much for the tip!!!!!!

I'm looking for a program that will allow me to view DVD's on my Sony. We copy cardiac cath. pictures (angiograms) on CD's and use as part of record. I would love to be able to load these on my Clie, take them to the bedside and show our patients. Any ideas?
Thanks:confused:

I had Episode II on DivX (and no, I won't divulge where I got it from), and used the method outlined here to convert it.

Good Advice. I've also used Kinoma to convert Soprano's episodes, all sorts of video clips and a few other things...

Works great and looks great.

Anyone know if there's a player available that will play real player files? Cheers!
